Nicky is an Emotional Wellbeing Therapist and a Mindfulness Teacher. She specialises with teenagers and assists clients with stress-related issues and helping to improve their self-acceptance and self-worth. She runs Wellbeing Days and teaches Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to schools and businesses. She believes whole-heartedly in positive intention and has been using this recently to relieve eco-anxiety by running an Earth Healing Meditation Group.
