As we start to see a very gradual easing of the lockdown and as we make tentative steps back into the world, it's even more important to know how to support our immune systems. Alexis is going to talk about the nutrients that have been shown scientifically to support immune health and where you can find them in your supermarket.
Both dietary and lifestyle factors play a key role in our health. Good sleep, stress management and exercise are fundamental to immune health. A good diet is crucial! It's not just a case of reducing potentially harmful foods such as sugar and processed fats, but getting in more of the foods that have been shown to support the immune system to fight off infections. This informative talk will guide us on how to be fighting fit, along with an opportunity for questions and any sharing of ideas that are working well for you.
